We provide component level repairs for all kinds of office automation products like, FAX Machines, Monitors, Cordless Phones, Printers, UPS Systems, Computers, Laptops, Servers, Unix based Terminals and the like.
We are specialised in component level repairs for all kinds of storage devices like Magnetic, Optical, and Tape drive (Hard Disk Drives, CD Rom Drives, CD Writers, DVD ROM Drives, ZIP Drives, DAT Drives etc,) at a very competitive price.
We specialize in Recovering Data from any logically corrupted media on all platforms.

Standard Terms of Business:
1. Inspection charges (if applicable) are chargeable only if customer refuses to get the material repaired even after getting the estimation.
2. Acceptance of the material(s) and completing of the job is subject to availability of spares If the material is not repaired the same will be returned to the customers in As is where is condition.
3. Our responsibility is limited to service of the accepted material only. We are not responsible for consequential damages arising due to non-repair of material(s),
4. The material has been accepted for service subject to internal verification. Should we find the material to have been tampered, misused, components removed, the material will be returned without repairs. Customers will be required to pay for the inspection charges for the same.
5. While every effort shall be made to take proper care of customer's material the company assumed no responsibility for loss or damage due to theft, fire, flood or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
6. Accessories (if any) are accepted under customer's risk and the company is not responsible for the accessories not recorded in the customer's delivery challan or material acknowledgement (Goods Received Note)
7. No workmanship warranty is extended beyond the testing period for the serviced material. If the material is received back for rework within such period, its rectification is subject to availability of spares. Only service charges (if applicable) will be refunded in case of non-reparability of rework material.
8. Defective parts or components will not be returned to the customer under any circumstances. Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever if the equipment is not collected within 30 days from the date of Material Receipt acknowledgement.
9. Handling & courier charges are extra outside Kolkata city limit.
Terms for Data Recovery Services:
1. Acceptance of media for data recovery is subject to our evaluation.
2. We will endeavor to recover all the data from the media however; we do not guarantee complete retrieval of data.
3. The content of the data recovered shall be confidential by default.
4. Customer is requested to provide the following details at the time of giving the media for data recovery.
a. Capacity of the media.
b. Total number of partitions, if any.
c. Operating system.
5. The recovery charges and fixed irrespective of the quantum of data recovered.
6. Once the data is recovered, customers are requested to check the same to ensure the integrity of the data. Customer is requested to provide the alternate media of sufficient size to transfer their recovered data. The company shall return the drive in “As is Where is" basis after data recovery.
7. The time to recover the data is subject to the following:
a. Size of Media/Drive/Device.
b. Operating System.
c. Load on our facility.
8. Upon evaluation, if the data found to be irrecoverable, an inspection charge of Rs.500/- to be paid while collecting the drive.
9. Payment should be in cash or DD (after checking the data in our premises)
